How do I sharpen my knives?Updated 2 months ago

We recommend using Japanese water stones to sharpen your knives. They can have a bit of a learning curve, but in our experience, there is no better way to get a sharp knife without removing too much steel. We've also made a step-by-step instructions video which can be viewed here.
