Items can be returned if a request for return is made during the 60-day trial period.
Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We are not able to provide return labels for orders placed to Canada & Europe. Return labels must be purchased at the customer’s expense.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned and are ineligible for refunds after the order has shipped.

We currently ship orders to the U.S. Please note that our cookware sets were not available for delivery in Europe or Canada. Please note that Misen is not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional charges for orders that were shipped internationally.
