Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible so once you've placed it, we're typically unable to make adjustments to your shipping address or items.
Can my order be expedited?
If available at check-out, you can select a Priority Shipping option that has a 2 - 3 day timeframe. Additionally, for many products, we offer the option to checkout via "Buy with Prime", meaning your order would ship within the Amazon Prime shipping
When will my order be processed?
In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, we process orders on a rolling basis throughout each day. Orders typically ship out within 1 - 2 business days of being processed.
How do promo codes work?
Only one promo code can be applied per order and promo codes can only be used once per customer. Promo codes cannot be used on Final Sale products or Gift Cards. You can sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new promotions.
Does Misen offer gift options?
We do not gift messaging or have a gift-wrapping service but it is something we are looking to offer in the future. If you are looking to order a gift, the packing slip included in each order does not include the price of the items.
How can I review my purchase?
Reviews posted directly on our site are solely from verified customers so if you've recently purchased you will be emailed a few weeks after to review your product(s).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Misen Gift Cards. We also offer payment plan options through Shop Pay Installments. Please note that only one form of payment, other than Gift Cards, can be used per order.
