Can I change or cancel my order?
Click here to cancel or edit your order within 1 hour of it being placed. After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change your order. Contact us for support.
Can my order be expedited?
Yes! You can upgrade the shipping method on your order within 1 hour of it being placed.
When will my order be processed?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, our team will pick, pack, and ship your order within 1-2 additional business days, and tracking will be provided.
How do discount codes work?
Only one promo code can be applied per order and promo codes can only be used once per customer. Promo codes cannot be used on Final Sale products or Gift Cards. You can sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new promotions.
Does Misen offer gift options?
Yes! We offer gift messaging at check-out. The packing slip included in each order does not include the price of the items.
How can I leave a review?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Misen Gift Cards. We also offer payment plan options through Shop Pay Installments. Please note that only one form of payment, other than Gift Cards, can be used per order.
