There are a few exceptions that would void our "Lifetime Warranty Against Defects":

1. Any damage that has occurred due to improper use, care, or storage. Each product comes with use and care guidelines which explain on the proper care of each product to ensure the longevity of the product.
2. Any damage incurred through an accident, such as dropping.
3. Any products which have been independently engraved are not covered by our "Lifetime Warranty Against Defects".
