Products covered by our "Lifetime Guarantee Against Defects" are backed against any manufacturing defects for the life of the products unless stated otherwise.

Damage to products from misuse, intentional abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that occur from failure to follow care instructions and product guides is not covered.

For product defects, all customers will be eligible for a product replacement or store credit.

Please note: If a defective product has been discontinued, you will receive a gift card for the full amount of your original purchase to use toward something we know you’ll love.
