Misen Limited Lifetime Warranty

Products covered by our "Lifetime Guarantee Against Defects" are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for the life of the products. Nonstick pans and the nonstick properties/coating of the pan are covered for 2 years after the date of purchase.

Damage to products from misuse, intentional abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that occur from failure to follow care instructions and product guides is not covered.

For true defects, all customers located in the United States and Canada will be eligible for a product replacement or a refund. Customers located internationally will only be eligible for a refund.
