The only key difference between the Braiser and Dutch Oven is the size. While it has the winning features of our Dutch Oven, the Misen Braiser is simply reformatted into a shallower, easy-to-use shape for everyday cooking.
Just like our Dutch Oven, the Misen Braiser is made up of a 4.5mm thick cast iron core and 4 layers of porcelain enamel.
The Misen Braiser can hold up to 5 quarts of ingredients. It has a handle-to-handle width of 16.5 inches, a height of 3.25 inches without the lid, and a high of 5.25 inches with the lid.
Just like our Dutch Oven, the Misen Braiser is oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Just like our Dutch Oven, the Braiser is compatible with all induction, electric, and gas stovetops. To avoid the potential for damage, Braisers should not be heated on the stovetop while empty. For all cooking and cleaning tips for your Enameled Cas
