Misen Labs is a crowdfunding platform formulated by Misen to share future products. You get first dibs on great cookware at the best possible price. You will pay immediately to back projects that ship later on.

Crowdfunding is the practice of funding a project by raising small amounts of money from a large number of people. It helps us get feedback, insights, and ideas on upcoming projects, and allows us to offer discounted prices on new products.

When am I charged for my Misen Labs purchase?

You are charged at checkout so that money can be raised to fund the project.

When will my Misen Labs order ship?

Each Misen Labs project, such as our Prep Tools Sets and Carbon Steel Wok, will have an estimated shipping date displayed just below the 'add to cart' button and it will also be noted on your order confirmation page.

Will I be emailed a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes, once your pre-order is shipped out you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that will contain the tracking number for your package.

Why should I order through Misen Labs instead of waiting for the product to be officially in stock?

You will be the first to try out one of Misen's brand-new products, and you will be directly supporting Misen through crowdfunding during our very first manufacturing run for a new product. This allows us to listen to community feedback.

Can I use promo codes for my Misen Labs purchase?

Misen Labs allows us to offer significant savings to customers who pre-order our products so because they are already heavily discounted, we do not allow promo codes to be used for Misen Labs pre-orders.
