While Carbon Nonstick™ is rust-resistant, we recommend cleaning it with dish soap and a sponge instead of putting it in the dishwasher to ensure it lasts forever. If you used water to clean your pan, add a tiny bit of oil to the warmed pan after fully drying. Rub it into the cooking surface, wipe off excess, and store.
