Our "Lifetime Guarantee Against Defects" covers the majority of our products. Products covered by our "Lifetime Guarantee Against Defects" are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for the life of the products. We'll send you a replacement or fix your product if you experience issues caused by a manufacturing defect.

Damage to products from misuse, intentional abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that occur from failure to follow care instructions and product guides is not covered.

Our "Lifetime Guarantee Against Defects" does not cover some products, including consumable products. These products are not meant to last a lifetime and should be replaced based on the inevitable wear and tear of the product.
