Misen Return Policy:
Items purchased directly from Misen.com can be returned if a return request is made during the 60-day trial period. The trial begins when your order is delivered.
Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned and are ineligible for refunds after the order has shipped.
Amazon Return Policy:
Amazon returns must be requested directly with Amazon. Items purchased from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:

If the item has already been sent back to us and you have received an email asking you to return it or have been charged for the item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances, Amazon may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification, to consider processing a return or providing a refund, or replacement. Misen will honor its Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy for all items purchased from Misen's Amazon Store. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue you're experiencing, and our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
