What type of knives will you sharpen?Updated 8 months ago
We sharpen pretty much all styles of traditional kitchen knives. However, there are some things we cannot accept:
- Any knife longer than 16”
- Ceramic knives
- Blades without handles (including meat slicers, saw blades, micro-serrated or "ever sharp" knives)
- Pinking shears or other craft-edged scissors
- Barber shears
- Straight razors
- Switchblades
- Swords
- Double serrated
- Single bevel knives.
