What type of knives will you sharpen?Updated 10 months ago

We sharpen pretty much all styles of traditional kitchen knives. However, there are some things we cannot accept:

  • Any knife longer than 16”
  • Ceramic knives
  • Blades without handles (including meat slicers, saw blades, micro-serrated or "ever sharp" knives)
  • Pinking shears or other craft-edged scissors
  • Barber shears
  • Straight razors
  • Switchblades
  • Swords
  • Double serrated
  • Single bevel knives.
